About Us
Tatiana L. Achcar, Attorney at Law
Born in the foothills of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to a melange of worldly clans, Tatiana observed a strict daily routine of beach soirees in the Cidade Maravilhosa (Marvelous City) for her first five years of life. In January 1979, fate transported Tatiana and her crew to Caracas, Venezuela, when she was still a plummy child. There, she would build an empire of dreams, arepas and pachanga for over a decade.
Unchallenged by the characteristically divine climate of the Equator, Tatiana continued to migrate northbound on the American continent, settling in the Heartland of the United States in June of 1990. Fluency in the Portuguese, Spanish and Sanskrit languages helped her learn English fluently in 23 days, setting a Guinness record and making her future ethnographic works viable.
Following a cultural anthropology degree, she pursued immigration law and work with immigrant communities blossomed in 1996. Since, Tatiana has served in the capacity of attorney, associate, speaker, trainer, researcher, volunteer, demonstrator, and activist for all things just, fair and beautiful - including lending a hand to newcomers to the United States, seeking dreams of stability and abundance.
