Achcar law was born out of a desire and passion to assist immigrant communities and their friends achieve their dreams of legal immigration status in the United States – whether temporary or permanent.
We recognize the overwhelming meanderings of the immigration legal system in the United States, and its endless and intimidating sea of bureaucracy, and sometimes miscommunication and misinformation.
In this present political and legal environment, it is possible, and likely, for legally abiding individuals to be caught in lengthy bureaucratic processes and technicalities, overburdening and stressing entire families.
This is why we offer legal services and representation with care, patience and openness.
